We identify communities with existing skills and potential. We connect them with partners who want to support ethical production. We provide the training, equipment, and structure needed to establish a community-run enterprise that can produce at fair market standards.
Each project listed shows clear funding goals, production capability, and real trade outcomes. Supporters can see exactly where their contribution goes and how it creates long-term value.
When a project is funded, the community gains the capacity to operate independently. Supporters gain a transparent, ethical supply relationship. All profits earned by Landchange are reinvested into growing more community enterprises and strengthening sustainable production networks.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Identify Needs
We work with trusted local not-for-profits to assess skills, available resources, and the community’s capacity to operate an ethical enterprise.
2. Develop the Project
Together, we define what is required, such as equipment, tools, and training. We set clear production goals and fair trade terms that the community can sustain.
3. Raise Support
The project is listed on our platform for philanthropic investment or crowdfunding donations. All contributions fund real assets that stay in the community.
4. Procure Equipment
Landchange oversees the purchase and delivery of equipment and training materials, ensuring everything meets community needs and ethical standards.
5. Establish Trade Agreements
Supporters receive transparent, fair supply terms at market-aligned pricing. Landchange holds equipment in trust and ensures accountability and long-term viability.
6. Enable Ethical Production
The community produces and trades under fair conditions, creating ongoing employment and local economic benefit without middlemen or inflated pricing.
7. Reinvest, Report + Continue Support
We maintain a presence on the ground. We continue advocacy, monitor progress, and deliver clear reporting. Profits are reinvested into community growth and new initiatives, building long-term sustainability.
